As a Human Resources Content Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and defining the business process(es) within a specific group or function.
- Developing Human Resources chatbot content and managing strong relationships with Human Resources business partners to understand business processes and drivers for content changes.
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of human resource information systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information.
- Data testing and troubleshooting, performing testing and quality checks to ensure business and data quality requirements.
- Evaluating software and hardware needs, designing new or modifying existing processes and systems to meet changing demands, and ensuring communications internally and externally.
Your day-to-day in this role might include:
- Creating, reviewing, and editing in-product content in Trello, wireframes and flows, and Excel.
- Writing Human Resources guidelines and UX copy (navigational, buttons, etc.).
- Researching Human Resources policies and programs, synthesizing and summarizing information from multiple systems.
- Working with Subject Matter Experts for verification and approval of content.
- Conducting analysis on areas of content performance, such as gap analysis or impact analysis.
- Optimizing content performance based on analysis in Power BI and Excel.
- Contributing to and supporting broad Human Resources programs with many cross-functional stakeholders.
- Reporting on content performance and providing feedback to teammates and cross-functional stakeholders on user pain points.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, Human Computer Interaction, Business Management Systems, or any other related field.
- 1+ years of experience in the following:
- Working in Human Resources, Communications, or Change Management.
- Writing for business, editing against a style guide, and editorial processes.
- Simplifying technical, detailed topics into easily understood information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working on a product development team or in a user experience role.
- Experience working with agile methodology and/or working on tight deadlines.
- Experience balancing user experience with business needs.
- Experience organizing content in a complex library or design system, using tags, metadata, and/or localization.
