Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Co-op Trainee to support the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in human resources and an opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
β’ Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
β’ Support onboarding activities for new hires, such as document collection and orientation coordination.
β’ Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
β’ Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
β’ Help in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
β’ Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
β’ Collaborate with the HR team on projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
β’ Currently enrolled in a bachelorβs/Diploma degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
β’ Eager to learn and adaptable to new challenges.
