HR Coordinator

Human Resources Coordinator - Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Essential Functions:

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the human resources function. The job may include but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Process on-boarding tasks and paperwork for all employees.
• Coordinate access of employees in IT Manage Engine system.
• Maintain HRIS systems as it relates to New Hire data, paperwork, I-9 process, while ensuring data integrity by conducting regular audits.
• Generate monthly headcount and HR reports.

• Prepare and maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Respond to general enquiries from associates in a professional manner.

• Provide first tier systems support which includes researching, resolving issues, and recommending solutions to meet business needs.
• Works closely with the HRIS Analyst to assist in reviewing, testing, and the implementation of HRIS systems upgrades/changes.
• Assists HRIS Analyst with the development of user procedures, guidelines, and documentation of new processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required. BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3+ years of human resources administration or coordination experience is required.
• Experience with ADP or related HRIS systems required.
• Must have superior skill in detail orientation and multitasking with the ability to organize, prioritize and meet task deadlines.
• Must have sense of urgency to achieve the tasks assigned in a timely manner.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Must be able to effectively work with employees at different levels of the organization, adapt to frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel Experience.
• Team Collaboration required and willing to help others.
• Superior communication skills are required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated, self-starting, enthusiastic, "go-getter".
