HR Coordinator
Job Description

Essential Functions:
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the human resources function. The job may include but not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Process on-boarding tasks and paperwork for all employees.
- Coordinate access of employees in IT Manage Engine system.
- Maintain HRIS systems as it relates to New Hire data, paperwork, I-9 process, while ensuring data integrity by conducting regular audits.
- Generate monthly headcount and HR reports.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Respond to general enquiries from associates in a professional manner.
- Provide first tier systems support which includes researching, resolving issues, and recommending solutions to meet business needs.
- Works closely with the HRIS Analyst to assist in reviewing, testing, and the implementation of HRIS systems upgrades/changes.
- Assists HRIS Analyst with the development of user procedures, guidelines, and documentation of new processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required. BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3+ years of human resources administration or coordination experience is required.
- Experience with ADP or related HRIS systems required.
- Must have superior skill in detail orientation and multitasking with the ability to organize, prioritize and meet task deadlines.
- Must have sense of urgency to achieve the tasks assigned in a timely manner.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Must be able to effectively work with employees at different levels of the organization, adapt to frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel Experience.
- Team Collaboration required and willing to help others.
- Superior communication skills are required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be self-motivated, self-starting, enthusiastic, "go-getter".
