HR Coordinator

HR at IMC combines high-performance support to the firm, including developing our leaders, providing best-practice recruiting solutions, aligning the people strategy with the overall business strategy, and ensuring we provide a rewarding, team-oriented, fun culture.
As an integral member of the HR team, you are someone who makes things happen, and you will relish the opportunity to take ownership of HR coordination for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in New Hire Onboarding, including but not limited to new hire orientation, timely completion of I-9s, organization chart, benefits enrollment, etc.
- Audit and track background checks, offer letters, resumes, contracts, and exit documents for HR, Compliance, and Legal.
- Manage Covid-19 protocols, including contact tracing, testing, and reporting.
- Assist in global mobility organization such as LCA filings, tracking expiration dates, and data integrity checks in HRIS (Workday).
- HRIS (Workday) data entry for changes of employee information, including education and work history, time off, reporting line or title changes, and termination steps.
- Maintain employee files for new hires, terminations, and transfers.
- Assist the HR Generalist team with various HR tasks as assigned and needed.
- Work on projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Solid administrative and scheduling skills
- High level of communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Incredible attention to detail
- Passionate about HR
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
