Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a HR Coordinator

Position type: Full time / Contract

Duration: 12 months, extendable

Location: Plano, TX - Hybrid (Mon/Fri remote, Tues - Thurs onsite Required)

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator:

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver systems-based recruiting responsibilities for our Students & Grads Recruiting team, including req management and scheduling.
• Provide support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to recruiting operations, client leads, recruitment team members.
• Provide bandwidth relief for downsized coordinator populations.

Required education and experience include:

• 2+ years of experience providing Administrative Support.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Workday experience (preferred) or other ATS
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Strong organizational and communication skills, high level of attention to detail
• Excellent time management ability

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: between $23 and $26/hour W2

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
