HR Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our HR department, you will be responsible for multitasking and efficiently managing various HR projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
• Reviews weekly timecards and assists with timekeeping activities/reviews.
• Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Collaborates with HR team members to ensure job descriptions are current.
• Collaborate with different departments to support cross-functional HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from two-year college or university; 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
