HR Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator, supporting our efforts in Learning & Development (L&D) and additional HR activities.

If you have initial experience in HR and want to enhance your skills in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!

Your Role:

• Co-ordinate and perform administrative and HR duties pertaining to L&D, local HR team
• Coordinate activities related to training planning and organization
• Help create HR materials and documentation
• Collaborate with the HR team on administrative tasks and reporting
• Monitor and analyze employee training needs
• Support in preparing evaluations, statistics, analyses and reports
• Acting according to data privacy regulations, GDRP, TISAX etc
• Participation in HR Projects
• Conducting standard HR processes - onboarding, offboarding

Your Background:

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• First experience in HR
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in English - C1 level in speech and writing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
