HR Coordinator

Are you a natural multi-tasker, cool under fire, and a closet perfectionist? Wargaming Seattle is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support the daily functions of the Operations team as we continue to grow. Having a creative approach to problem solving, attention to detail, being well organized, and an effective team player are all key traits for the role.

This person will have days of high volume, requiring a fast turnaround, but may also have slow days where they can catch up and juggle an irregular schedule. Timeliness is evident in the coordination and execution of all events, including the preparation of domestic and international travel plans for our employees, hosting and accommodation of visitors to our studio, as well as organizing recruiting events, career fairs and studio-wide events and parties, and supporting Human Resources. Creativity, resourcefulness and your positive, can-do attitude, will make you a successful candidate for this exciting role.

Logistics, Events, Recruitment, and HR Coordination

• Be the operational glue that holds together the daily operational functions

• Provide Administrative support to Human Resources Manager including benefits administration, new hire onboarding, accurate record keeping and filing

• Respond to customer service requests by answering employee requests and questions

• Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in applicant tracking tool

• Assist with Interview scheduling, with the ability to manage multiple calendars and schedules

• Help us create and maintain a genuine partnership with local vendors, universities and nonprofit organizations.

• Knowledge of international visa and immigration solutions

• Basic knowledge of HR principles, language, and guidelines

• Excellent attention to details and can be trusted with sensitive information with strict confidentiality

• Experience booking international travel and in-depth knowledge of International Visa requirements

• Knowledge of immigration laws and policies
