HR Coordinator
Job Description
Fluidra’s looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team at our Office in West Valley City, UT.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the (Administrative) liaison between HR and our employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR tasks and projects. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department is organized and operates to attract, hire and maintain our employees.
Due to the nature of the position within the company, the candidate will be required to exercise discretion and sound judgment concerning confidential information. The candidate must conduct all activities in a manner, which is at all times fair, moral, ethical, and legal. Additionally, you will:
- Create and maintain all personnel files including conducting regular audits of all HR related data and information to ensure accuracy and data integrity
- Administer change of status paperwork and corresponding HRIS inputs - including transfers, promotions and terminations.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department
- Assist Talent Acquisition team with coordinating and scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters and completing background checks
- Assist with event planning and employee engagement activities
- Respond to inquiries related to policies, employee relations, performance management, compensation processes, benefits and payroll
- Maintain and enter all HRIS data in ADP and Cornerstone. Create and run reports from ADP and Cornerstone
- Acts as liaison with ADP on trouble shooting and solving HRIS system issues
- Prepare SOP’s, workflows and checklists related to Human Resource Department
- Assist with annual Values and Engagement survey activities
- Assist with the HR onboarding and offboarding of talent
- Assist with other HR projects, as assigned
WHAT WE SEEK
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong desire to consistently perform at high levels, achieve the best, commit to creating a world class HR team
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proactively work to organize, respond to needs and anticipate what is needed by the individuals for whom she/he supports
- ADP experience a plus
- 1+ years HR experience
EDUCATION
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
