HR Coordinator

We are rapidly growing and looking to add an HR Coordinator. The HR Coordinator reporting director to the Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in the operation of the Human Resources team. This position will provide day-to-day administrative support and serve as a direct resource to employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to all calls and emails coming into the HR Department; Assist employees as necessary or forward call/email to appropriate party.
- Create new hire badge and set up desk prior to new hire start date.
- Review timecards and follow up with managers for corrections/approvals.
- Enter bonuses, commissions, and other items to bi-weekly payroll.
- Enter all changes into HRIS such as employee title, pay rate, address change, and W4 update.
- Manage personnel files including filing documents for current employees, creating new files for new hires, and moving files for terminated employees.
- Manage new hire benefits enrollment and qualifying life events.
- Manage termination process, ensure employee is terminated in all systems and send notification to obtain company equipment.
- Prepare FMLA and leave paperwork, send to employees, and track deadlines.
- Run regular system audit reports to ensure files and data are complete.
- Other duties as assigned to support the HR team.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years working previously in HR related role
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- The ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively
- Build productive trust relationships with employees
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- $22 - $24 per hour
