HR Coordinator

Under the supervision of Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, the Human Resources Coordinator will be the primary administrator for policy revisions and changes and lead employee communications for the department. The Human Resources Coordinator will have responsibility for several functional areas of human resources and support the department in the administration of employee-related functions including performance management, as well as culture initiatives.
Job Duties:
- Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Responsible for maintaining electronic personnel files, scheduling interviews, leading the pre-employment process, conducting exit interviews, participating in initial screening and review of candidates.
- Responsible for conducting first day mini orientation with all new hires.
- Reconciles and prepares monthly billing reports.
- Assists with benefit and wellness administration.
- Provides counsel to managers and employees regarding company policies, procedures, and workplace issues. Advises managers on the interpretation of Plexus policies and procedures.
- Provides information to employees on a variety of human resources programs, procedures, and policies.
- Assist with other HR functions, including employee relations, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 2 years of related experience or related education
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years in an HR department with exposure to multiple functional areas of HR
