SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will provide essential support for HR and assist with administrative Human Resources tasks. The HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of HR functions, maintaining employee data, and providing support to the HR team. This position offers a valuable opportunity to be part of a dynamic HR team and contribute to the success of HR initiatives. This will be a hybrid role based in our Parsippany, NJ Global Headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for supporting transactional needs of 3 HRBPs.
  • Maintain the data in the HR System, Workday, as well as update employee files.
  • Co-manage on site engagement activities in our Parsippany office. Track and manage spending, expenses etc. for such events.
  • Run metrics report and share findings on regular basis.
  • Keep track of labor posters in offices and ensure updated information is posted on the notice board.
  • Prepare employee letters for: Promotion, Compensation or Title change, Adhoc employee related letters etc.
  • Serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries related to HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the execution of HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, and performance management.
  • Serve as the HRBP point of contact for payroll related matters related to Parsippany and Andover locations and field employees. Inclusive of unemployment claims and responses due back by embecta.
  • Support documentation for HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as required and assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and document management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of Workday
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
