HR Coordinator
Job Description
This HR Coordinator serves as the first contact for matters related to benefits. The primary function of the HR Coordinator is to address inquiries and concerns about insurance and other benefits – from enrollment to termination.
Job Responsibilities:- Handling Level I HR tickets – inquiries and/or concerns about insurance and other benefits.
- Assist in Level II tickets as needed: Insurance enrollments and inquiries/concerns, HMO and Life Insurance concerns, and Payroll concerns.
- Administer terminations, status changes, and benefits enrollment.
- Collection of requirements for enrollment for international contractors.
- Updating of benefits tracker for international contractors– adding and removing of participants.
- Responsible for coordinating with account managers.
- Assist with monthly benefits audit.
- Assist employees with health, dental, life and other related benefit claims.
- Conduct new hire benefits orientation.
- Processing of employee loan and equipment requests.
- 100% new hires enrolled to benefits within the enrollment period.
- 100% assigned ticket is completed within schedule.
- 100% assigned ticket is updated daily (external update).
- 50% Connectwise Utilization (>4h daily time entry).
Job Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience relevant to the position.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field (BS/BA Psychology).
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate – familiarity with Microsoft office and ticketing tools is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- High level of integrity.
- A home office set up that meets the following:
- A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5 Windows10 or BigSur for MacÂ
- Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)Â
- HD webcam/cameraÂ
- A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetingsÂ
- A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication appÂ
- A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)Â
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and writtenÂ
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday.
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.Â
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants)Â
Pay rate starts at $3.75/hour and vary by experience and location.
