We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team and assist with both Human Resources and Talent Acquisition responsibilities. We’re a small team and this is a great opportunity to work cross-functionally, interact with our candidates, and grow your skill set with HR operations at a tech startup. Our ideal candidate is great at building relationships, highly organized, has strong communication skills, and is proficient with our tools. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and acting as the main point of contact with candidates for everything scheduling-related 
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, including handling paperwork, liaising between TA and Operations to get new hires set up with equipment and internal accounts, and ensuring a smooth transition on day one
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with employee data management, including benefits administration, background checks, and various other HRIS responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures as we grow and scale
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably at a tech company
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work accurately and responsively with multiple stakeholders at a time (hiring managers, TA team members, a high volume of candidates, employees)
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications (experience with Greenhouse and Rippling preferred)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
