SpotOn is looking for a HR Coordinator to help us support & scale our organization in all aspects of the employee experience, including HR operations, benefit administration, policy development, HR systems and compliance. We are seeking someone who has a passion for getting things done, takes ownership, has great attention to detail, and is committed to being a valuable resource to employees throughout our growing organization. This role is a high-touch, employee-centric role that will provide an incredible opportunity for growth, experience and visibility to all areas of human resources.
About the Role
- Provide administrative and operational support for all people processes from onboarding, employee changes, benefit administration, HR systems, compliance and offboarding, with a strong emphasis on the employee experience
- Be the first level support for all employee inquiries
- Assist in the creation of standardized tools and templates, ensuring consistency in our processes across the company
- Ensure and maintain data integrity in our people systems with a high level of accuracy
- Create documentation and procedures for employee changes, such as job transfers, promotions, and compensation changes, and proactively find opportunities for process improvement
- Assist with various people programs involving employee experience, engagement, learning & development, performance management, recognition, and communication
- Effectively partner cross functionally with Talent, HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and managers across the organization
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed
About You
- Experience in an administrative support role for a busy organization. Previous HR experience a plus
- Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite experience
- Experience in ADP, Greenhouse, Lattice and other HR systems a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathize with others and anticipate, respond, and pivot to the needs of the employees and business
- Passionate for providing an exceptional employee experience
- Highly organized and have a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with total discretion
- Enthusiasm and willingness to be a team player and problem solver
- Ability to own a project with varying levels of instruction and run with it
