Job Description:

Serves as the main point of contact for employee issues related to Discipline and Performance, the HR Coordinator assumes a pivotal role in ensuring a fair and supportive work environment. This position requires an individual who excels in effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The HR Coordinator will work closely with employees, managers, and HR to address concerns, implement corrective actions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to the overall success of the organization's employee relations strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Investigates employee’s time entry anomaly and productivity issues and works a plan for discipline or performance improvement.
  • Works with department head and managers in managing employees with disciplinary and/or performance issues.
  • Schedule and facilitates disciplinary meetings, prepares documentation and administers for signature.
  • Schedule and facilitates Performance Improvement calls, prepares documentation and administers for signature.
  • Works on employee offboarding including termination calls, offboarding document administration, and logistics of equipment return.
  • Handles the Officevibe administration – tracking and analytics.
  • Works closely with department heads and managers in addressing low engagement and participation scores within teams.

  • >8/10 Officevibe Engagement
  • >80% Officevibe Participation
  • >6/10 Lowest Engagement Score
  • 100% PIP and DA meetings followed according to schedule
Job Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of experience relevant to the position.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field (BS/BA Psychology).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate – familiarity with Microsoft office and ticketing tools is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity.
Other Requirements:
  • A home office set up that meets the following:
    • A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5 Windows10 or BigSur for Mac 
    • Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload) 
    • HD webcam/camera 
    • A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings 
    • A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app 
  • A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview) 
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written 
  • Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday.
  • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments. 
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants) 
Compensation:

Pay rate starts at $3.75/hour and vary by experience and location.
