HR Coordinator
Job Description
Serves as the main point of contact for employee issues related to Discipline and Performance, the HR Coordinator assumes a pivotal role in ensuring a fair and supportive work environment. This position requires an individual who excels in effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The HR Coordinator will work closely with employees, managers, and HR to address concerns, implement corrective actions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to the overall success of the organization's employee relations strategies.
Job Responsibilities:- Investigates employee’s time entry anomaly and productivity issues and works a plan for discipline or performance improvement.
- Works with department head and managers in managing employees with disciplinary and/or performance issues.
- Schedule and facilitates disciplinary meetings, prepares documentation and administers for signature.
- Schedule and facilitates Performance Improvement calls, prepares documentation and administers for signature.
- Works on employee offboarding including termination calls, offboarding document administration, and logistics of equipment return.
- Handles the Officevibe administration – tracking and analytics.
- Works closely with department heads and managers in addressing low engagement and participation scores within teams.

- 100% PIP and DA meetings followed according to schedule
- At least 6 months of experience relevant to the position.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field (BS/BA Psychology).
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate – familiarity with Microsoft office and ticketing tools is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- High level of integrity.
- A home office set up that meets the following:
- A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5 Windows10 or BigSur for MacÂ
- Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)Â
- HD webcam/cameraÂ
- A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetingsÂ
- A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication appÂ
- A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)Â
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and writtenÂ
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday.
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.Â
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants)Â
Pay rate starts at $3.75/hour and vary by experience and location.
