Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assists Total Rewards, HR Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition teams with activities such as:
- Manages employee off-boarding process including scheduling and administering exit interviews, analyzing feedback and trends to provide insight to leadership on opportunities.
- Processing employee movement transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, manager changes, department changes, etc.
- Assists in developing communication for corporate Wellness program including emails, guides, and maintaining Corporate Wellness HUB
- Creates monthly 'Employees on the Move' bulletin
- Creates employee communication statements including promotion, market adjustment, retention bonus, and employment verification letters.
- Orders employee gifts
- Submits requisitions in Oracle for Human Resources team
- Assists in corporate events planning and communication
- Manages rewards and recognition inbox including submitting requests for Wishlist gifts and managing approvals
- Process benefits invoices monthly and partner with Accounts Payable for reconciliation
- Assist new hires in UltiPro - send email communication and troubleshoot when issues arise
- Assist in answering JIRA questions related to benefits, UltiPro, time-off, wellness, etc.
- Assists in leave administration - notifying employees of approvals, managing time-off with payroll, and communication with HR Business Partner and employee's manager
- Other duties as assigned

- Communicates complex processes and presenting programs to employees of varying demographics (technical/non-technical).
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills, exhibiting the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
- Ability to confidently use personal judgement that reflects GHX values and professional ethical standards.
- Ability to handle sensitive HR information with high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Required Education, Certifications, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related discipline
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (word, powerpoint, excel, outlook)
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to drive programs independently.
