Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to join our Human Resources team in the Global Payroll & International Projects area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining HR control and planning systems, providing crucial information for strategic decision-making.

Main Functions:

• Periodically design and develop the HR dashboard, integrating elements from various management dimensions.

• Analyze and synthesize the main messages from the dashboard to present to management, proposing action plans when necessary.

• Prepare and manage reports required by the Group.

• Design and implement a dynamic workforce planning model, ensuring alignment with financial planning.

• Ensure the quality, robustness, consistency, and integrity of data used in HR reports.

• Provide cross-functional support to the Global Payroll & International Projects area in various initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

Requirements and Capabilities:

• Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.

• Proven experience in designing and managing quantitative models.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Ability to coordinate reports and initiatives with different HR areas at local and international levels.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to extract and present key messages effectively.

• Initiative and proactivity in proposing and developing improvements.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge of data management and statistical analysis.

Desirable:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of HR management systems.
• Experience in international projects.
• Proficiency in English (professional level)
