HR Data Conversion Specialist

WSP is currently initiating a search for a HR Data Conversion Specialist for our Atlanta office. Any WSP office in the US would also be considered. Be involved in projects with our Global ERP Implementation Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.
The Global HR Data Conversion Specialist partners with the country Data Conversion Business Analyst for each Release (country or region). The Data Conversion Specialist reports to the Global Process Lead and takes direction from the Data Conversion Business Analyst and Data Conversion Architect.
There are periods of time where the Data Conversion Specialist will be required to temporarily adjust their working hours to accommodate the project timeline.
Has broad experience with Oracle, or other HCM or ERP products, in the following areas:

- Talent, Goals, Performance
- Workforce Compensation
- Learn
- Recruiting
Your Impact
- Create analysis from source data, mapping and transformation documentation and output of loaded data to identify issues that would require resolution. This could be, for example, data not mapped, mapped incorrectly, or loaded incorrectly.
- Produce summaries of analysis for distribution to the Business Analyst.
- Perform multiple rounds of data validation exercises during data migration and cut-over activities.
- Resolve upload or import defects as assigned by the Business Analyst.
- Unit-validate the converted data (check object x with its y number of conversion rules and validate that the data was properly transformed for each variety of converted records).
- Participate in the review workshops.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data management or related field OR a combination of work experience and other educational credentials
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in Data Management
- Demonstrated ability to uphold confidentiality.
- Proficient using tools, such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) to create said analysis.
- Proficient using Project Management tools, such as Jira or Azure to log, update and report on work tasks.

Expected Salary: $72,500 - $116,100
WSP USA is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
