HR Director

Garda is looking for an HR Director to join our growing team and play an integral role in the coordination & management of the global Human Resources function, including key components such as talent & performance management, employee engagement/recognition, training and development, HR data & reporting, and compensation.

Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for leading HR operations, including compensation & performance reviews, employee onboarding/off boarding, and benefits administration.
• Manage 3rd party relationships with key HR service providers
• Responsible for managing & producing HR related (personnel, compensation, performance...etc) data, analytics and reports
• Responsible for managing and updating HR related documents (policies, procedures, employee handbooks…etc)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field
• A minimum of 7 years of experience working in Human Resources function
• Excellent attention to detail, organization & multi-tasking skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Skilled with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, other software
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact
• Knowledge of employment law practices
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred
