The Team
The People team has helped scale At-Bay to 220+ employees across the U.S. and Israel. You’ll lead a team of three and continue to grow your team in the first few months. In this role you’ll report into our Head of People (Joe Schiro) and be part of our HR leadership team.Â
You’ll be surrounded by a team that loves what they do and recognizes the enormous responsibility that they have – to create a career experience where our people are empowered and equipped to do their best work.
Role overview
You will be responsible for overseeing the People function across the U.S. You’ll lead a region of 150 people and help us grow to about 300+ in the next 2 years! You’ll have ownership of performance management, compensation, benefits and HRIS. In this role you will build, scale and create a culture of continuous improvement.
How you’ll make an impact
By 3 months:
- You’ll understand our business and have established relationships across our senior leadership.
- You’ll identify areas of improvement in our systems and processes. You’ll empower and equip your team to drive change.
- You’ll refine our people strategy and execute on critical deliverables to support the needs of the organization and our talent.
- You’ll have hired an additional HR Business Partner.
By 6 months:
- You’ll have presented our people strategy in our QBR to the executive team.
- You’ve established yourself as a coach to your team and they look to you for guidance.Â
- You’ve established an L&D vision and started to communicate that vision through outcome focused programs.
- You’ll help coach individuals and managers to best align the skills and aspirations of our talent with business need.

- You’ve developed and delivered a strong, structured, and scalable people processes and strategy that aligns with the overall company goals.
- You’ve successfully scaled multiple business units in a growth organization.
- You’ve built an L&D program from the ground up.
- You’ve coached people partners on resolving employee relations matters.Â
- Business leaders see you as an integral part of their team. They know to come to you with people driven initiatives.
- You've been an advocate for diversity and inclusion and understand how its a competitive business advantage.
