About this Role:
The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for answering calls and emails for the Agency HR team. Review and authorize employee overtime and resolve employee incidents.
**This position has the flexibility to be 100% remote.**
About You:
- Two-year degree or one (1) year of experience in a human resources field.
- Exposure to home health or human services is a plus.
- Enthusiastic individual, who is eager to learn and grown in the PCA Choice field.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to use for work driving purposes.
Essential Functions:
- Be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and emails to the Agency HR extension and group inbox with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
- Review and authorize employee overtime
- Help resolve employee incidents
- Distribute incoming application materials for processing
- Be able to direct callers or tasks to other Human Resources Teams
- Work with internal and external parties to resolve issues brought to the HR team
