About the team:
Responsible for development, implementation, administration and operation of high-value quality human resources programs, practices, and procedures to all levels of team members. Consults with executive leadership in areas of organization design and development in support of business strategy. Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with executives and team members to identify and address root causes of human resources issues. Administers programs designed to establish and maintain effective team member relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with corporate policy at the business unit or division level.
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee various HR functions with a focus on leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR operations and a passion for enhancing organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Utilize data analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on HR analytics findings for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key HR metrics and KPIs aligned with strategic business goals.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop predictive models and forecasts to anticipate HR trends and outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives through data analysis.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data management.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Required Experience/Skills
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role with proficiency in data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in HR metrics analysis and reporting.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
