Salary: P40,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)Â
Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?Â
Skills Required:Â Â
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fieldÂ
- Previous experience (2+ years as a guide) in an HR practitioner position or Business Administration.Â
- Knowledgeable in Australian Labor LawÂ
- High level attention to detail.Â
- Any prior experience working within an IT organization would be an advantage but not mandatory.Â
- Competent with IT applications such as MS Word, MS Excel etc.Â
- Understanding of HR processes including Employee Relation

- Remote Employee Relations (HR Experience)Â
- IT MSP Industry ExperienceÂ
- AU Human Resources ExperienceÂ

What will you do?Â
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on PX policies, procedures, and employment legislation.Â
- Using PX framework drive and manage various PX projects including, training and Â
- development, Leadership Development programsÂ
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.Â
- Support performance management processes, including coordinating performance reviews and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans.Â
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Â
- Maintain PX records and employee files, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.Â
- Process onboarding, exits and employee change via HRIS systems and relevant stakeholdersÂ
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Â
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.Â
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and Practices.Â
