HR Generalist
Adwake by Entravision, a dynamic company based in Barcelona, is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. This role involves a hybrid format, combining administrative tasks with HR responsibilities. As a HR Generalist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our employees and contributing to our organizational success.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in recruiting, selecting, and hiring new employees. Participate in interviews and evaluations.
• Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires by providing information on policies, procedures, and coordinating necessary materials and resources.
• Identify training needs and assist in organizing professional development programs for employees.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries, including permissions, compensation, and other HR matters.
• Contribute to organizing business unit events such as celebrations, parties, and meetings to strengthen our organizational culture and values.
• Assist with office operations, working closely with management and the marketing department.
• Provide information to the Payroll team regarding updates such as leaves, absences, new hires, and employee documentation.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
• European citizenship.
• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in startups and technology companies will be highly valued.
