What you will do

You will support the HR Business Partner team by providing tactical support on human capital priorities across various lines of business. You will be asked to manage various day-to-day tasks, while working on key initiatives in areas across HR. You will need to roll-up your sleeves to get the work done while partnering closely across HR team members. You will be true partner to the business in a fast-paced, ever changing, and growing environment.

  • Partner with the HR Business Partner team to build strong relationships with clients across the firm
  • Act as a resource to employees regarding HR related matters including being the point-person for employees regarding questions on performance management processes, benefits, onboarding and offboarding, etc.
  • Own the reporting and data requests to identify trends, determine the root cause of issues and drive informed decision making for the businesses
  • Maintain employee information in our systems including but not limited to promotions, terminations, title changes, etc.
  • Help execute firm-wide processes such as OKR/Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, and Year-End Compensation
  • Partner closely with the broader HR team and members of Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and Legal across the globe

You are an experienced HR professional that has a passion for challenging the status quo as you are motivated by complexity and challenges. You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment focusing on how to evolve the HR landscape for your clients. You are a team player and enjoy collaborating and working with your global colleagues. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can make sound decisions in complex situations.

What’s Required

  • 2+ years of HR business partner experience working in a high paced environment
  • Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
  • Ability to use HR reporting & analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the business, as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data
  • Strong communication skills and able to work effectively across multiple geographies and partners
  • Demonstrated experience building strong and trusted relationships across your clients and partners
  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range is $120,000-$160,500. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
