Your Impact
- Work with multiple partners, including HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, to support Anaplan's talent
- Answer a wide variety of HR inquiries and issues, offering support to all employees and levels of management in the organization
- Run multiple simultaneous projects throughout the HR Organization
- Liaise with internal partners to develop process efficiencies
- Identify areas of improvement, leading with an operational focus
- Help craft and facilitate documentation and training as needed
- Operate with integrity, respect, and high personal standards around confidentiality, continuously building personal credibility
- 3+ years in HR/People-related roles, ideally with global teams
- Independent self-starter, with an appetite for learning and working across multiple projects and programs
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter comfortable with problem-solving, judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet target dates, as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
