The impact you'll have

• You will manage and close attendance records.

• You will prepare payroll input flows, maintain personal data, and check payslips.

• You will liase with the payroll provider for your area of competence.

• You will handle the employee desk (1-2 times a month) for administrative issues.

• You will provide local support at production sites and to respective HR Business Partners.

The attitudes and skills we’re looking for

• You possess problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability.

• You have the ability to organize work, motivation for change and challenges, and a propensity to collaborate with other functions and relationships.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Payroll Processing Consulting firms, Employment Agencies, or companies in a similar role.

• You have a fair knowledge of the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical Industry and/or Paper Industry, or any CCNL related to the manufacturing and industrial sector or alternatively the large-scale distribution. • You have previous experience with Zucchetti software (considered a plus).

• You have a fair knowledge of personnel administration topics and processes.

• You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and a willingness to learn new applications.

• You are fluent in Italian. Your knowledge of a second language (English or Spanish) i will be considered positively.
