We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to assist with the employee life cycle. This position is an exciting opportunity and plays a key role in the HR Operations function. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines, thrives in a collaborative team setting, and can build and maintain strong relationships with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full recruitment life cycle services including the job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, hiring, and onboarding and offboarding
- Actively develop and maintain various sources for recruiting talented candidates for employment while utilizing our Applicant Tracking System, internet search tools, and networking to increase the candidate pool.Â
- Partner with external recruiters and agencies to identify and recruit talent.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs, including compensation benefits, leave, disputes and investigations, occupational health and safety, and training and development if needed
- Stay informed and comply with existing and proposed federal and state mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and workplace assessments., especially those affecting recruiting and selection, and termination
- Assist in process improvement and update internal procedures to streamline for optimal effectiveness and efficiency
Experience, Skills, and Attributes
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field preferred
- 3 years of human resource generalist or talent acquisition experience
- Knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including sourcing and qualifying, networking, job analysis, and offboarding.
- Power-user in applicant tracking systems and HRIS
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
- A proactive, positive, and team-focused attitude
- An action-oriented and ownership mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 based on the individual's skills, qualifications, experience, job grade and geographic location
