HR Generalist, Recruiting, Employee Engagement & Compliance

Responsibilities:

As our People Success Partner (Generalist), you'll be the heart of our HR operations, creating positive experiences and supporting our exceptional employees. Your journey with us will involve:

Responsibilities:

• Full Life-cycle Recruiting including:
  • Sourcing 
  • Coordinating and Scheduling Interviews
  • Making Offers
  • Onboarding new hires
• Oversee compliance activities
  • ​​​​​​​Updating Labor Posters
  • Ensuring Compliance Training
  • Manage I-9 and E-verify for new hires
• Stay up-to-date with federal and state regulations concerning HR
• Triage Employee questions and concerns and provide answers and support to create a great employee culture.
• Oversee engagement projects and programs.

Other HR Duties:

• Assist in developing and executing HR policies and procedures.
• Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including paperwork processing and database maintenance.
• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and provide support in various areas of HR and healthcare benefits administration.

Is this you?

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in HR and payroll.
• Knowledge of federal and state HR regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
