Acts as a liaison to HR Functions and HRBP teams in support of HR Shared Services organization. Supports HR partners in administrative and operational work related to policies, procedures and processes in functions including benefits, learning and development, recruiting, HR compliance, reporting, etc.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
1. Provide administrative support for HR programs, including but not limited to: webinar production, registration/enrollment management, communication and survey management, vendor logistics.
2. Assist in preparation of material related to meetings, communications, and forums.
3. Maintain and update job aids, skills catalog and general HR content across all HR functions
4. Coordinate and execute audit support across all HR functions, including but not limited to: evidence gathering, process information, issue resolution.
5. Assist in the continuous improvement of applicable HR practices, procedures and processes, where needed.
6. Provides general support to HRSS operations and other HR groups (i.e., Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, HR Technology, Learning and Development, Compliance)
May perform additional duties as assigned.
Reporting Relationship
Typically Director or above
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
1. Basic knowledge of HR functions and industry practices.
2. Detail oriented with the ability to manage and complete work in an efficient and thorough manner.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to prioritize completion of tasks/projects in support of multiple business partners with oversight.
5. Ability to resolve problems in order to complete tasks.
6. Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
7. Ability to deliver consistent services utilizing defined HR standard work methods to address people, process and technology related issues.
8. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
9. Experience with Microsoft Office suite, HR Systems (ie. ServiceNow, WorkDay, Cornerstone) and other business related software systems and the use of data reporting technologies.
Education & Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent
2. Typically a minimum of two years of related experience
