HR Generalist (Web)

YOUR IMPACT:

• Support HR-related processes within the company (onboarding, performance review, insurance administration, etc);
• Update and maintain our employee databases and HR systems;
• Improve and implement HR processes and initiatives;
• Involvement in the recruitment process (non-tech vacancies, or junior level).

ABOUT YOU:

• 1-3 years of HR or general experience and a strong desire to build HR mastery;
• Mix of analytical and communication skills;
• Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel);
• Intermediate or higher level of English;
• Capability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Proven ability to connect with people and foster long-term relationships with colleagues and teams.
• Drive and attention to details, problem-solving and get-it-done attitude;
• High energy, creative mind and ability to suggest improvements;
• Both individual and team performer.
