HR Growth and Solutions Manager (Remote - US)
Job Description
Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The Manager of Human Resources (HR) Growth and Solutions will oversee the development and execution of a framework for deal flow strategic HR evaluation, confirmatory due diligence, and integration workflows for potential Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) targets. They will also oversee the development and execution of work plans for HR readiness to support rapid growth cycle and facility openings in Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH) strategies. They leverage the operating capabilities and relationships with HR Centers of Excellence, shared services, BSMH leadership, as well as transaction partner(s).
Essential Job Functions
- Facilitates and finalizes scope of HR deal reviews and due diligence with stakeholders, convening HR Centers of Excellence function leads, and external partners to align on scope, deliverables, and timeline
- Creates detailed due diligence, integration planning, and facility opening milestones, timelines, resources, and costs required to achieve program and project goals.
- Partners with senior leaders and other key stakeholders to identify and design integration strategies; drives timely and objective decision-making with guidance based on due diligence review
- Manages the overall execution of the HR integration plan from due diligence through Day 1 on-boarding to completion of all integration activities
- Develops and tracks specific key performance indicators (KPI) throughout the integration and/or transition period to measure success of the integration
- Develops executive summary and detailed due diligence reports in partnership with internal and external partners
- Presents insights pertinent to the nature of diligence activity - pre-close and/or post-close priorities
- Provides ongoing integration updates and ensures senior leadership is aware of critical issues and/or risks and drives them to resolution with constant and consistent objectivity

Education
- Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field (required)
- Master Degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field (preferred)
Work Experience
- 6 years' experience in a management consulting firm, human resources function, or corporate services function of complex matrixed organization (required)
- Experience in leading and/or participating in acquisition, integration, divestiture, joint venture projects in healthcare, digital technology space, or retail type facility expansions (preferred )
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully within a highly matrixed leadership model and system environment (preferred )
- Experience working with vendors and consultants (required)
