Note: Company "Hybrid" work attendance policy: In-office work attendance required at the aforementioned office address for collaboration days based on each team's requirement; telecommuting/working from home is permissible for remainder of the same month.

Duties: Provide expertise and analysis of multiple Human Resources ("HR") Information Technology ("IT")-based computer systems and HR software solutions integrated into Company's HR computer systems and provide front- and back-end support for these systems; analyze issues in HR computer systems to develop and recommend/implement solutions; understand how the workflows are built and the data is used and evaluate cross-application synergies and touchpoints to recommend technical solutions; analyze results and learn and apply product feature enhancements. Perform systems management and integration functions to improve existing HR IT-based computer systems; review HR system capabilities, workflows, and schedule limitations; troubleshoot technical issues with business process workflows, configuration, reporting, and integration; research and analyze "bugs" and identify the root cause; build, test, and implement sustainable fixes. Develop solutions (fixes, enhancements) that automate manual processes to improve user experience, reduce technical debt, and deliver impactful change; listen to Company's HR team's challenges, propose technical solutions, and use technical skills to develop, configure, and test the agreed solutions. Review daily file transfer or system integration results; research and analyze results data to identify system failures and areas for improvement; propose solutions and system updates; develop and enhance system integrations to resolve HR system failures. Collaborate with various teams by expressing ideas, raising questions, and talking through design blocks; flex from discussing production support to project work to planning; coordinate with downstream and internal teams to release and test system updates. Maintain and update technical documentation; leverage ticketing system to manage and respond to requests.

Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Development, Business Management, or Information Management.

Minimum experience required: 2 years of experience in Human Resources Information Technology types of position(s).

Skills required: Must have experience using the following computer systems skills and technologies: major HR systems including Workday; HR eco-systems including system configurations, integrations, and change impact on downstream systems; Workday integrations to ADP; business process configuration, reporting, and integration of Workday to other HR systems; HR systems' functional releases including new feature implementation, UAT (user acceptance testing), and technical documentation; project management including project scope plan, task allocation, and monitoring; resolving system configuration, integration, or reporting issues, including identifying the root cause of the error, conducting tests, and implementing fixes; maintaining HR systems' data integrity through mass-uploading changes into HR systems, conducting data audits across multiple systems, and fixing discrepancies; HR systems security concepts, understanding security assignments based on job, organization hierarchy, or company; Microsoft Excel including Pivot tables, vLookups, and complex Excel functions; and the Python software language.

Base salary: The base pay for this role will be between $125,000 and $225,000 per year. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
