The successful candidate will be an organizational guru, motivated by constantly looking to improve efficiency. You will be expected to leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to partner effectively with internal clients and candidates. Finally, the successful candidate must have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, exercising sound judgment and communicating an air of calm even when dealing with ambiguous situations.

Our team culture is goal-oriented, fast paced and fun! We are motivated by the challenge (and success) of hiring top talent for Copart.

Requirements

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with scheduling in Outlook or a similar tool
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Client focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

For nearly four decades, Copart has led its industry in innovation and customer service, enabling it to grow profitably in markets across the globe. Our success is the direct result of the skills and efforts of our talented and diverse employees. Our mindset? It's never just a "job" when your coworkers are like family--it's like coming home.
