An HR Business Partnering/ HR Enablement Intern will be responsible for supporting the innovation, design and execution of processes and programs that help enable our HR Business Partners to deliver an employee centric, consistent and impactful people experience. In addition, the intern would provide support for HRBP specific initiatives in alignment with enablement strategies.
- Engage on a variety of cross-functional programs, initiatives, and processes - driving for innovative, simplistic, and scalable solutions that will benefit our managers and employees.
- Operationalize solutions with a focus on continued scalability, consistency, efficiency and impact for the HR Business Partners and the clients they support.
- Gather, synthesize, and present data and insights that enable good business decision making.
- Cultivate a strong partnership with HRBPs and HR COEs. Establish routines and forums to regularly understand their product and services set as well as roadmap for enhancements.
- Develop and deploy best practice guides/tools/templates for core processes, in partnership with the HR Change Management team.
- Engage in HRBP processes in support of HR organization, applying the programs, initiatives and processes that are scaled through HR Enablement.
- Develop and maintain a strong curiosity and awareness of HR trends through internal and external benchmarking to help anticipate enablers that could further improve PayPal's HR function in the future.
