As part of the Business Human Resources team, you will have an opportunity to collaborate on the development and implementation of programs to support our talent offense:

  • Planning, implementing, and executing Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Creating a strategy for a New Hire Orientation
  • Assisting with employee communications and branding
  • Planning, implementing, and executing Employee Appreciation Week

Majors Targeted: Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business-related field

What You Need:

  • Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer
  • Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; must be the case at the date of hire and will be verified during background check in the spring
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to manage priorities and workflow
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
