We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to play a crucial role in our Schneider Development Program for young talents. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, talent management and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of the development program.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Track participant progress and provide timely feedback.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs.
  • First point of contact for our program participants.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field. (min 1 year to graduate)
  • Strong interest in HR, talent development, and organizational development.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (MUST)
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hybrid scheme.
  • Mornings availability.
