HR Intern - Total Rewards (Summer 2023)

What You Will Do

• Create standards process to streamline the executive compensation reporting process for S-1, gaining expertise in this critical annual compensation disclosure process, and contributing to the ongoing efficiency of the team.
• Coordinate/conduct analysis of Clarios professional roles not currently participating in STI plan, quantify and present findings.
• Support the development of the program documents for STI.
• Contribute to the redesign of both annual short-term and long-term incentive plans.

How You Will Do It

• Assisting with compensation projects/analyses pertaining to salary administration, compensation benchmarking, US benefits, leave management, and relocation designed to create an embed standard, repeatable and excellent processes withing the Total Rewards Team.
• Supporting project to design and implement new STI plan in 2024.
• Processing and planning documents and exhibits.
• Conducting analysis with source documents used for calculations and incorporating market data from various global markets.

What We Look For

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources and/or Business preferred.
• Position not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer
• Duration: Summer 2023. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.
• Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship - must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions if working remotely. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
