HR-Leave Administration Specialist

As part of the Raymond HR group, you'll partner with highly skilled professionals to support our most valued asset - our associates.
You'll have the opportunity to manage, design, develop and implement a wide variety of programs in support of our Human Resources and Corporate strategy. While the primary responsibility of the position will initially be managing leave and time off benefits, other functional areas may include, but are not limited to, welfare benefits, retirement benefits, disability, affirmative action/equal employment opportunity, compliance activities, rewards and recognition and special assignments.

Required Skills:
Our ideal candidate is someone with strong analytical skills, is highly organized and can effectively manage multiple projects and responsibilities. This requires the ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines and remain compliant with all relevant laws, regulations and policies.Also requires excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills and a proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS system.As part of the Human Resources team, the candidate will need to conduct business fairly, honestly, ethically and with the utmost integrity at all times.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent. A Masters Degree in a related field is preferred. 3 or more years professional experience is required.
