The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

Reporting to the Director of HR M&A this role will be supporting HR related activities in M&A transactions. The HR Analyst will collaborate directly with the PMO, key business leaders, and HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with HR due diligence, integration, separation and stand up activities globally, including providing project management support on multiple acquisitions, divestitures, and other company transactions.

Interface with corporate and regional HR leaders and stakeholders. Organize key project meetings, develop & maintain deal-specific project plans and connect with appropriate HR stakeholders to ensure timely progress updates are provided and accurately reported on.

Manage sensitive employee data through different phases of the deals globally, with focus on data privacy, HR, compensation & benefits analysis and report out.

Provide solutions and recommendations for integration on compensation, benefits, and general HR through analytics.

Represent HR and work in partnership with multi-disciplinary M&A team. Support the deal life cycle to ensure effective day 1 readiness.

Prepare HR updates and presentation materials for Workstream meetings, M&A committee, Steering Committee etc.

Support the development and implementation of reliable and repeatable processes, methodologies and tools related to HR M&A activities.

Coordinate internal and external reports required by the integration team

Work multiple time zones globally while maintaining confidentiality around all deal activity

Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree or work experience of 0 years , Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 1 years
