HR Manager

Lunar Energy is seeking an energetic and experienced manager to help lead this function during an exciting time of growth. As HR Manager, you will provide advice and consultation across the full range of HR areas, from operations to employee engagement to policy development. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping us scale our functions and processes in line with our big ambitions to electrify all homes and reduce carbon emissions. 

On a given day at Lunar, you’ll likely…

• Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions and concerns
• Develop, review and revise program policies and procedures in line with our values and our growing business
• Design and lead employee engagement, performance management and other HR initiatives with the Head of HR
• Manage open enrollment and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with US wage and hour laws, data privacy laws, and state regulations.

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of HR experience 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a high degree of personal credibility at all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational, prioritization and analytical skills
• Able to handle sensitive and critical information, conversations and situations with expertise and discretion
• High attention to detail and accuracy
