HR Manager

If you are passionate about people and culture, this role may be a good fit for you! As a part of the team, the Human Resources Manager will support the mission to align strategy, culture, and talent at Xyngular.

In this role, you will manage all HR-related functions, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, compensation, talent acquisition, and HR systems. You will play a key role in building and preserving our Xyngular award-winning culture.

This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You must also possess the ability to lead and motivate others.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payment of wages and benefits, including the timely filing of all applicable corporate payroll tax reports
  • Oversee the renewal of annual health benefits for Xyngular as well as handle the day-to-day benefits questions from employees throughout the year
  • Oversee the retirement plan and the annual retirement plan audit
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing guidance on employee issues
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention
  • Monitor and maintain all HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Oversee the on-going, professional development of Xyngular's employees through the League of Leaders program
  • Manage employee events, including summer/holiday parties and employee appreciation events.
  • Analyze and report on key HR metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred
  • Ability to maintain the utmost level of confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to network, motivate, and inspire internal employees.
  • Ability to quickly switch between multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Must have above-average knowledge/skills in Microsoft Office Suite, payroll systems, and human resource information systems (HRIS). Previous experience using Isolved is a plus.
