Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for a results-oriented senior Human Resources professional who possesses a solid skill set and experience. The person holding this key position must be an effective business partner with strong collaboration, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills who has demonstrated the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. The desired candidate will have a successful track record as an HR Manager, including strengths in compensation, recruiting, training, policies, compliance, employee relations, as well as, international human resources related projects. This position will be based out of headquarter office in San Jose, CA and will be interacting with all levels of management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Responsible for overseeing recruiting activities, which includes audit job contents, draft and review job descriptions, screen and recruit job applicants to fill open positions• Help develop and deliver training programs that are key in supporting achievement of business strategies through individual and group development sessions• Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures• Develop and participate in compensation/benefit surveys to analyze company's competitive position• Reviews proposed salary adjustments to establish guidelines• Ensure that employee relation issues, including the investigation and resolution of employee complaints, are managed effectively and efficiently• Ensure that Super Micro's HR practices remains in compliance with Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations• Effectively manage oversea projects in Europe by evaluating and implementing appropriate strategic solutions• Occasional travel to Europe as needed• Serve as a day-to-day advisor and coach to managers and employees in all human resource areas

Qualifications:• A minimum of 10 years HR experience including global or international project leadership preferred• Experience in Manufacturing companies preferred• 2 or more years of high volume recruitment experience preferred• Knowledge of European employment laws is a huge plus• Extensive knowledge and practical application of Federal, State, and local employment laws• Familiar with Radford compensation survey• Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly• Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, written/verbal communication, planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills• High attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast pace and dynamic environment• Can work well under pressure• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• HR systems experience with ATS, ADP, and SAP a plus• Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent education and/or experience preferred. HR Certification a plus

Salary Range:$105,000 - $155,000
