HR Manager

PetroApp is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Egypt. As part of our expanding operations, this key role will support our mission to innovate fuel management solutions with excellence and strategic talent development. Reporting directly to the Group CHRO, this role will drive HR initiatives and ensure alignment with our global vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage HR operations across Egypt, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and PetroApp’ s policies.
• Partner with business leaders to support talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
• Drive performance management and employee engagement programs to build a high-performance culture.
• Implement compensation and benefits programs tailored to local market needs while maintaining alignment with global standards.
• Support organizational development initiatives and foster a positive work environment that aligns with PetroApp’ s values.
• Lead and mentor the HR team in Egypt, developing HR capabilities across the function.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 10-15 years of HR experience (3+ years as a manager).
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• MBA, PHRI holder will be an edge.
