HR Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the ramp up of the Gotion Giga IL brownfield facility, including the development

  and implementation of all HR policies and procedures.

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.

• Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and

  termination procedures.

• Oversee training and development programs to ensure that employees have the skills

  and knowledge they need to be successful.

• Administer payroll and benefits programs.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with other plant managers to resolve HR issues and concerns.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

  
  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Experience in leading and managing people.
