Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to perform a variety of administrative and managerial tasks that support the Odessa Field Office. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, managing the team that facilitates onboarding of new hires, and assisting corporate office with projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, time management, critical thinking, and managing skills. If this role excites you, we’d like to talk with you.

Compensation:

• $75,000 - $80,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day to day HR responsibilities in the Odessa office from onboarding to separation 
• Special projects
• Become the expert in DOT compliance as it relates HR - drug and alcohol testing and driver qualification files
• Partner with operations on employee issues and concerns
• Assist with employee disciplinary action and terminations, as needed
• Assist Corporate HR as directed
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Management experience
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Set the standard for professionalism and customer service
• Pass drug test and criminal background check
• 2-5 years of prior experience preferred
