This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of HR operations and Learning & Development (L&D) strategy in a fast-growing, global environment. You will manage the full employee lifecycle for teams across multiple regions, ensuring compliance, engagement, and performance management. Simultaneously, you will design and implement a global L&D framework from the ground up, creating programs that develop skills, enable career growth, and foster internal mobility. This role offers high autonomy, strategic influence, and the chance to shape culture during rapid growth and scaling, while collaborating with senior leaders to drive long-term organizational success.
Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for teams across key regions, including onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employment law advisory
- Design, implement, and maintain global L&D programs, career pathways, and e-learning content to close skill gaps and enable internal mobility
- Act as a cultural change agent during scaling or M&A activities, aligning teams under a shared company identity and values
- Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and development strategies
- Monitor and improve HR processes, policies, and reporting to support organizational growth and workforce planning
- Provide guidance and support on cross-cultural team management and international HR practices
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Manager-level generalist role covering UK and Indian employment legislation
- Proven experience building and delivering global L&D strategies and training programs from scratch
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and performance management practices in multiple regions
- Exceptional communication, cross-cultural awareness, and ability to influence senior stakeholders across time zones
- Demonstrated ability to act autonomously, prioritize initiatives, and implement scalable HR frameworks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in tech or high-growth startup environments is highly desirable
