Job Description
The opportunity:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our HR operations by managing various administrative tasks and processes within the HR department. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Own the whole onboarding process of new hires, including preparing offer letters, visa applications, coordinating first-day onboarding agendas, etc.Â
- Manage employee offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support the administration of employee health insurance.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to manage employee benefits and resolve any issues.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with audits and ensure that HR documentation is up-to-date and stored securely.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and performance management processes.
- Coordinate and assist with company-wide events, training sessions, travel arrangements, and team-building activities.
Qualifications

2 to 4 years experience in a similar position

Proven organizational skills, including time management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Eagerness to learnÂ

Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision

Strong verbal and written communication skills
