Essential Responsibilities:
- Support HR Operations related work, including onboarding, First Day Introduction, certificate letters, offboarding, HR systems, payment etc.
- Accomplish document management including but not limited to document preparation, collection, scan, filing, retrieve and check.
- Involve in all kinds of HR projects.
- Other ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- Detail oriented and willing to deal with routine work;
- Can work under time urgency and undertake certain workload;
- Attend to work at least 3 days week 2~3 days for duration of 6 months;
- Fluent English in both verbal and written;
- Computer literate.
